Policies

COVID - 19

Vaccination is not required for attendance. Masks may be worn if desired. A negative rapid COVID test result will be required within 24 hours prior to arrival.

Smoking and Drinking

This is a non-smoking retreat.

If you must smoke, please smoke away from buildings and people. Red wine may be served in the afternoon. Alcohol intake will be minimal to moderate, not heavy or excessive.

Credit Card Fees

There will be a 3% charge for the use of a credit card.

Checks are preferred.

Cancellation Policies

There is a $200 non-refundable deposit
After payment, anything paid above the deposit will be refundable for any reason through June 30th
As of July 1st, no refunds will be issued, but 50% of a paid-in-full account will be transferrable to another program for any reason
As of July14th, 50% of a paid-in-full account will be transferrable to another program only for reasons of personal illness or tragedy
Late arrival to the program will not result in the issuance of any refund
Early cessation of programming due to COVID outbreak or unexpected tragedy will not result in any refunds being issued
