We provide fully customizable private retreats under the guidance of an osteopathic physician who is steeped in 'the work.' Join us for this transformational retreat! Seclude yourself on our 47 acres and enjoy alkaline forming meals prepared by our heart-centered professional chefs or take a 15 minute drive into the town of Floyd where the Old Time music is lively. The culture, art and food available in Floyd are extraordinary for a 1 stoplight town! Check out the brick oven pizza restaurant, a prohibition era speakeasy or visit studios on the Artisan Trail. Retreat content will be modified to meet the needs of the individuals who join the journey. Discussion topics may include ideals, reincarnation, karma, grace, nature family, ancient mysteries, dream interpretation, soul groups or other topics that are found in the circulating files.

You will enjoy alkalinizing meals, experience a detoxifying steam bath, castor oil pack and a relaxing massage in a gorgeous retreat center by the river. This package includes a private room, participation in Dream Helper Circle with Henry and Janis Reed, 7 meals, spa services, healing prayer, meditation, music and discussion about several of the major topics in the Cayce readings. Every participant will go back home with new Cayce friends and a fresh castor oil pack for home use!

Five day retreat participants will enjoy the 3 day retreat plus 2 additional nights with us at Anahata Education Center, additional meals, 2 additional castor oil packs, 1 facial and 1 reflexology session. This package also allows time for self led rest and relaxation practices as well as private sessions with the retreat leaders and excursions.
