Includes 4 hours of contact time with Dr. Perry as well as the option to call her directly as needed, including after hours and on weekends
Together we can rehabilitate your spine, improve diet and exercise habits, get issues like blood pressure or sugar under control with or without medications - 12 months -$1200
We Do Not Bill Insurance
Cash, check or credit will be accepted at the time of service.
A $5 fee per $150 will be assessed for the use of credit card for payment.
